spending my holidays once again in Manila with my family . i have so many things to be thankful for cuz am so blessed with all the beautiful people around me who love me oh so much . looking forward to more happiness and love . and let ' s not forget that Jesus is the reason for the season . happy birthday Papa Jesus and Merry Christmas everybody . celebrating one of my favorite holidays of the year for the 3rd time here in SG . there ' s something about halloween that keeps me excited and that is by giving me a license to dress up in the silliest way . in short , i can be myself without any persecution from other people . ha ! this year , i dressed up as odile , the black swan . this is the first time that we decided to celebrate it outside by going clubbing . ohwell , besides being treated as a mascot by people asking to take your pic , i enjoyed people-costume-watching too . clarke quay celebrated halloween this year big style by treating people in costumes for some freebies . i got a free jagermeister from pump room for dressing up . weeeee, delight ! happy halloween everybody !

Mamaaaaaaaaaa!!!

it ' s been so long since i screamed the word " mama " asking for help or if i need something badly . it ' s been really difficult right now everytime i feel helpless cuz i know she won ' t be coming to save me , or to comfort me at least . but she really make a way to whisper to God in my behalf to guide me always . 

remembering mama this all souls day . i terribly miss her . she ' s still the best gif t i ' ve ever had from God . ♥♥♥

Nike We Run SG 10K

today was one of my minor wins . i just had my second 10K race this morning . for the first time , i was running for a cause . i was running and praying for an awesome life and it feels good to be able to finish it . i struggled during my run but i was able to focus on how to stay sane and to finish the race . this is one way of claiming back my life and literally living it now . i thank God for this strength and am praying that He ' ll continue guiding me on the right path .

Happiness: A Start of Awesomeness

hey yah !

i just want to mark this day as a start of having an awesome life . i just started having a conversation again with another guy bestfriend / gig buddy j . talking to each other has always been great (besides that one bad conversation we had that made both of us cried) . i started being comfortable again telling him everything . i told him about my "projects" and asked his help for the ideas and executions , and yey for him in saying yes to me ! weeeee . i started sharing what i ' ve done with regards to this personal battle i have been fighting , for i dunno how long . i told him that my battles recently are not that difficult , maybe because i consider myself happy . yeah , i still have these series of unfortunate events that never get tired of bombarding my simple life , but still i consider myself blessed . he was telling me that he 's extremely happy that am taking a major step and that i should be celebrating for this achievement and give myself a pat on the back since i risked everything but still came out from it in one piece . this is my minor win and the start of bagging the grand prize soon . he asked me to establish an awesome life , and focus on that alone first . in this way , whatever happens , i still have something good to live for regardless of whoever or whatever comes and leaves .  and yes , today is the start of it . may God bless me on this .

i just made a photobook as a gift for my bestfriends Sal and Tricia for their first year anniversary . these are the photos i took during their wedding last December 2 , 2010 . thanks to shutterfly , am an avid fan and customer . this is the second photobook that i ' ve ordered ( the first one was the prenup pics i took for Sal and Tricia too ) . this is actually a surprise for both of them . i can ' t wait for them to receive this .

Random Thoughts: Where Have I Been?

bulaga ! am back . i ' ve been out for quite some time . there were a lot of things going on that i can ' t even organize my thoughts , that i need to keep quiet to pray for some inspirations . honestly , i dunno where to start right now . ha !

my life has always been a rollercoaster ever since the time i claimed that i am blessed . blessed in a way that i have been encountering a lot of difficulties and tests in life... and mind you , am not being sarcastic here . they said that the more you are at your lowest, the more you are blessed . as a human , i sometimes beg for it to stop , for me to rest and pull myself up so that i can still continue . i ask a lot of questions most of the time cuz am really confused and Jesus never fails to answer them all , and yeah , i admit , i don ' t like some of His replies . ha ! we have our LQs once in a while if His answers doesn ' t favor my logic cuz am a stubborn kid who doesn ' t know how to listen , but at the end of the day , am still at His side believing in Him and still keeping the faith .

am happy for joining my Light of Jesus Family here in Singapore . never been happy worshipping Jesus . i still consider myself lukewarm that ' s why i am praying so hard for consistency and for really keeping this as a habit by heart . am glad to attend this Feast every Sunday ( by the way , this is a Catholic org ) . thanks to j for the invites and for being my Bo Sanchez influence . will be posting the vid i made of our "palaraong pambansa" event last month here .

my uncle who ' s taking care of my dad got sick and hospitalized for a week and thank God he ' s quite ok now . after that , i got the worst allergies ever after eating that 2-week-corn... grrrr ! up until now , am still on recovery and am on my 4th week . the scars were really bad all over my arms , neck and chest , and parts of my legs too . ohwell , these scars are the least of my problems , my priority is for the allergies not to come back anymore . am on my road to recovery , hopefully , with the grace of Jesus . these allergies  weren ' t a hindrance from  joining our phuket trip last last week , i almost gave up though ( thanks to k for the push and encouragement to explore the world despite of my condition ) . oh yeah , that trip was awesome , i will definitely write about it and post some pics here from that trip . that was my virginie ledoyen moment . here ' s a preview :

haha ! finally , i made it to my 3rd run which is this charity run for POSB Run for Kids . It was a 4.5 km run only , as a practice for my first 10km race this Sunday for Mizuno . i was really struggling running since i stopped for almost 3 weeks because of these bad bad allergies , and again , thank God , i made it ! Mr Sun and my allergies made amends and so i survived ! am praying for survival this Sunday ' s race ... POWER !

well , there are still a lot of things that i wanna do and still haven ' t started doing since i consider myself the biggest procrastinator . i have this very ambitious idea to do a documentary short film , but all the ideas are still stucked up in my head and i can ' t even pick up a pen and a paper to do the outline of the script ! haaaay . someday .

i wanna play the guitar again . how can i start when my guitar is out of tune ? haha . ok ok . i will be doing something about this . i resolve to learn some praise songs and play and sing some of 'em . i reflected on how i am passionate in singing and playing the songs i really like , so why not sing my heart out for Jesus this time . sounds cheesy , i dont care . really .

i want to start drawing again . i have abandoned my old sketch book and i started a new one but hopefully i can have my second major major sketch . all i ' ve done these past few weeks was to doodle like a kid . haaaay again . one day .

see ? time is running and i need to get 'em all started . oh yeah , i will be defying gravity this january , i can ' t wait to watch Wicked . i wanna experience Elphaba and Glinda ' s journey to true friendship ... and yes yes yes , all for positivity for this December ' s vacation to Pinas .
